Someone has bought my site and hosting account, how do I change the account responsibility over to the new owner?

In order to change the person or entity responsible for your Hosterbox account, please email our Billing Department with your domain name, the last four digits of the credit card on file as well as the name of the person or company who is taking over your web site and hosting account.

Once we receive and verify this information, we will ask that you have the buyer of your site contact us to confirm that they indeed wish to assume responsibility of your site and web hosting charges.

Upon confirmation, we will ask the new owner for their complete contact information (physical mailing address, telephone number) and then provide them with a new welcome email for the account in question.
